Changing Your Credit Card Information

There may be a time when you need to change the Credit Card information associated with your account, perhaps because the card currently associated with the account has expired and you're not going to reactivate it, or perhaps you just want to use a different card.

To change the Credit Card Information associated with your account, click on Account Settings and then the Credit Card submenu. The Update Credit Card screen, illustrated below, is displayed. Follow the steps below to change any of the Credit Card Information associated with your account.

  1. Modify the Credit Card associated with the account in the Credit Card Number field, if necessary.
  2. Modify the Expiry Date for the Credit Card associated with the account in the Expiry date field, if necessary.
  3. Modify the name on the Credit Card associated with the account in the Name field, if necessary.
  4. Modify the CVV / Card ID for the Credit Card associated with the account in the CVV / Card ID field, if necessary.
  5. Modify the zip or postal code for the Credit Card associated with the account in the Billing Zip / Postal Code field, if necessary.
  6. Click Update to update your changes to the system.

The system will display a Confirmation message letting you know that your credit card information has been updated. Please note that the updated credit card information will be reflected in your next billing statement.
