With all of the websites that you probably visit during the course of the day that require the use of Login Credentials, there is always the possibility that you will forget your password for one of them.
If you ever forget your CacheFly Account password and are unable to log in to the system, click the Forgot Password link within the Login dialog, as shown in the following illustration.
The Password Reset dialog, illustrated below, is displayed. Enter the username or email address associated with your account, and then click Send.
As shown in the following illustration, the system confirms that an email has been sent to the email address on file for your account. You can also click the Go to login page link to return to the Login dialog.
You will receive an email from our Support Department, as shown in the following illustration, containing a link that you'll need to click on the reset your password.
Note: Please note that the link will expire in 24 hours.
The Password Change dialog, illustrated below, is displayed. Enter a new password in the Password field, re-enter the new password in the Repeat Password field, and then click Save.
As shown in the following illustration, the system confirms that you have successfully changed your password and that you can now return to the Login dialog to log back in.
